About ONE Fitness
 

One Fitness focuses on functional exercises in a barefoot setting to improve overall health, strength and endurance in an inclusive and supportive environment.  By using kettle bells, wreck bags and medicine balls, as well as body weight movements, and incorporating obstacle style exercises with running our program aims to allow any member to reach their fitness goals.

 

 Whether you are trying to get stronger, prepare for obstacle course racing or simply lose weight One Fitness is the gym that will lead you to success. Every day of the week features a different set of exercises in a small class, coached environment and every month starts a new program.

 

 Finally, all of our workouts have three levels of intensity – basic, intermediate and extreme – and will challenge any level of fitness from beginner to experienced athletes.
